With the Wellness class coming to an end, I thought it might be a good idea to provide some kind of forum where we can still share our experiences. It's all about the journey right now.

Grunt.
So...movement and communication. Interesting. I think that it will grow on me and I would like to hear more input on how this will benefit us as bodyworkers. Confidence is confidence...right??
